Sheikh Zarah is an ancient small settlement town on the west coast of East Jerusalem. Recently, the Israeli army tried to build a Jewish settlement by evicting eight Palestinian families living there. In order to stop this illegal occupation, the Palestinians formed a resistance against Sheikh Zarah this week. From that settlement, the Vai movement spread throughout Palestine. Many have called the Palestinian resistance movement a new coup against Israel.
Speakers at the rally strongly condemned Israel’s attack on Palestine, saying it was against humanity. When the whole world is tired of the Corona epidemic, the illegal occupier Israel has re-emerged as a monster in the holy month of Ramadan. During the holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims are engaged in worship, the evil Zionist forces launch a heinous infernal attack.
The speakers said that during Iftar and prayers, the Al-Aqsa Mosque entered the premises and was beaten by the Israeli police with batons, tear gas and indiscriminately throwing rubber bullets, injuring more than three hundred Palestinians. Throughout the month of Ramadan, police brutality was at its peak. In the midst of uninterrupted occupation, Israel began a controversial campaign to oust several Palestinian families through new courts.
