Late last September, Shah Nawaz complained to New York police that Partho was threatening him in various ways. He appealed to the police for his safety. The docket number of the case is ‘CR-020560-21QN’. Police in the Northern Boulevard-115 area of ​​Jackson Heights in the New York City Police Department called Partho on Monday evening (October 4) for questioning. He was detained at the police station after interrogation.
The next day, on Tuesday (October 5), a Criminal Court judge granted Partho’s bail. The court also directed to maintain distance from the plaintiff Shah Nawaz. The next hearing of the case has been fixed for January 20.

Shah Nawaz, the plaintiff in the case, told local reporters that Partho Gupta had been threatening him and his family for a long time. The last time he made a death threat. He then filed the case with the evidence.Two weeks ago, he appealed for protection from Partho Gupta at the local New York Police Present-115. Later an intelligence officer named Skyle investigated the matter and called him to come to Police Precinct-115.
Partho went to Precinct-115 at the call of the police and after interrogation he was detained overnight.
