Bangla Press Desk: BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has called upon his party’s rank and file to wage a strong unity to contain the people’s belief in the party.
“Crores of people keep their trust in BNP. We cannot let the trust and faith go in vain. We need to forge a strong unity to contain the people’s confidence,” he said on Tuesday.
Claiming that thousands of people sacrificed their lives to establish the political philosophy of BNP, he said, urging leaders and workers of his party to build close connections with people irrespective of their class, profession, religious faith and political affiliation.
Speaking virtually from London, Tarique addressed a workshop on Tuesday focusing on his party’s 31-point recommendation, organised by leaders and activists of Lalmonirhat, Kurigram and Gaibandha. Source: DS
