His last wish was to visit his eldest daughter in Bangladesh. When her daughter Farzana applied for a visa, the American embassy in Bangladesh repeatedly refused. There was no benefit in showing the doctor’s certificate. Nizam Uddin went into a coma last week. His position in the fourth stage of cancer. Doctors have expressed the fear of uncertainty in life. Disappointed, Farzana contacted New York State Senator Luis Sepúlveda to fulfill her father’s last wish. Senator Luis Sepúlveda responded to that humanitarian appeal. Farzana was asked to apply for a new visa. The senator contacted the American embassy in Bangladesh.
