Chhabed Sathee: Shahnawaz a Bangladeshi home care businessman living in New York, USA, planned to destroy an artist’s family to cover up his crime. Shahnawaz a community fraudster wanted to implicate business partner Partha Gupta in a weapons case by placing firearms on his Facebook photo through Photoshop to defeat him. Eventually, his plan was thwarted. Mary L Bezarano a wise judge at the Queens County Criminal Court in New York, dismissed his pre-arranged case in a virtual first hearing on Wednesday (January 12) at 9:30 a.m. in a New York criminal court.
Partha has spent days worrying about his wife and children since Shahnawaz filed the fake case against Partha Gupta on September 10 last year. He has been living in Jamaica, New York for a long time with his wife, two sons and an elderly mother. For the sake of joint business Shahnawaz and his wife used to travel freely to their homes. Shahnawaz’s wife Amena alias Rano Nawaz also learned songs from Partha. Shahnawaz-Rano used to sneeze at Partha’s wife’s cooking. Calling Partha’s mother an aunt, Shahnawaz borrowed large sums of money from her on the pretext of doing business. Partha later clashed with the Pay-Check Protection Program (PPP) over the loan. Later, the fraudster Shahnawaz planned to destroy his family by hanging him in an arms case. However, many say that the plan was his wife Rano Nawaz.
Shahnawaz and Partha Gupta have been running a home care business together for several years. Last year, the Corona epidemic hit the United States, prompting the federal government to provide Pay-Check Protection Program (PPP) loans to a number of businesses, including small businesses. Shahnawaz fraudulently hijacked 140 employees out of about $ 5,24,729 (approximately Tk 4,46,01965 in Bangladeshi currency) through fraud Pay-Check Protection Program (PPP) Loans.

Received Pay-Check Protection Program (PPP) loan (waiver) information is kept secret from business partner Partha Gupta and resorted to fraud. Shahnawaz a businessman alleged that he threatened to kill the partner by placing a firearm in Photoshop on Partha Gupta’s Facebook photo to harass the partner for demanding the exact amount and account of the loan.
At 1:29am on September 10 last year, Shahnawaz (aka Shah Mohammad Newaz, aka Shah M Newaz, aka Mohammad S Newaz) went to the police in the Northern Boulevard-115 area of Jackson Heights of New York City Police Department and complained that his business ex Partner Partha Gupta sent him a text message threatening to kill him. Two months earlier, on August 29, at a street fair organized by Bangladeshis on 76-37 Street in Jackson Heights, he was beaten by a group of people including Partha Gupta a former partner of Golden Age Home Care and a popular instrumentalist at around 6:30 pm. During this time they displayed dangerous devices (pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns or machine guns) for the purpose of killing him (case docket number – ‘CR-020560-21QN’). He sought help of police for the safety of his life. Following the allegations, Taylor Scala, a police officer in the Northern Boulevard-115 area of Jackson Heights, called Partha to the police station for questioning on the evening of October 4 last year. After receiving a phone call, Partha Gupta voluntarily went to the police station and detained him at the Northern Boulevard-115 police station till night after interrogation.
The next day, on October 5 Parth Gupta was sent to the nearest criminal court and the wise judge granted him bail. The court also directed to maintain distance from the plaintiff Shahnawaz.

Shahnawaz a New York home care and insurance businessman dismissed the case (CR-020560-21QN) arranged and planned. As a wise judge of the Queens County Criminal Court in New York for failing to substantiate his allegations. The court also acquitted businessman and instrumentalist Partha Gupta.
