Hurricane Henry: 23 million people panicked in eastern USA

Hurricane Henry, which formed in the Atlantic Ocean from early morning on Sunday (August 22) local time, has forecast to hit the east coast, the weather forecast said. At the same time, the country’s meteorological office has forecast flash floods and tidal surges. A state of emergency has already been declared in several states, including New York.
According to the weather forecast, the cyclone could pass over New York and six states in New England at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour.There may also be up to 25 cm of rainfall and three to five meters of tidal wave. It was also warned that the area could be without power due to the cyclone.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has declared a state of emergency in response to the cyclone.
