Bangla Press Desk: Three accused gave confessional statements on Thursday over the murder of scrap vendor Lal Chand, alias Md Sohag in front of the Mitford Hospital in Old Dhaka last week.
Metropolitan Magistrates Md Monirul Islam, Mohammad Ehsanul Islam, and Awlad Hossain Muhammad Jonaid recorded their statements and sent them to jail.
The accused are Titon Gazi, Md Alamgir, and Monir, alias Lamba Monir. The investigation officer, Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Moniruzzaman, confirmed the information.
Following the completion of their remand, the police presented the three before the court, where they confessed to their crimes.
