Bangla Press Desk: The examination of the 49th Special BCS is being held today in the capital.
The MCQ-type written 200-mark examination will start at 10:00am and continue until 12:00pm at 184 centres, the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) informed in a circular.
According to information based on the website of the BPSC, this is a Special Education BCS, under which 683 posts will be filled in the General Education Cadre. For these positions, more than 312,000 candidates have applied.
Candidates must enter the examination hall by 9:30am, and no one will be allowed to enter after this time, as mentioned in the instructions for candidates by BPSC, and no candidate will be allowed to leave the centres before 12:00pm.
Masuma Afreen, exam controller of the BPSC, stated in a circular, “The viva-voce of passed examinees in the MCQ-type written exam is likely to start on 26 October.”
The final date and time will be published on the BPSC website as well as in the newspaper.
