Bangla Press Desk:Over 400 people, including actor Imran Khan, were detained in Mumbai while protesting in solidarity with the ongoing movement demanding the resignation of India's Chief Election Commissioner, Gyanesh Kumar. Police detained them on Saturday from various locations, including the city's historic August Kranti Maidan.

According to the report, the police conducted an operation to prevent unauthorized political gatherings. At least 200 people were detained from August Kranti Maidan alone earlier in the day. A police official stated that the process of filing First Information Reports (FIRs) against the detained individuals is underway.
