Bangla Press Desk: Actress Khaleda Akter Kalpana is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in the capital's Moghbazar area for a severe viral illness. She has been hospitalized for the past 13 days.
However, Imran Haso, an executive committee member of the *Abhinay Shilpi Sangha* (Actors' Equity), stated that her physical condition has improved compared to earlier.
On Monday, Imran Haso and Suchana Sikdar—the organization's Law and Welfare Secretary—visited the hospital to see Khaleda Akter Kalpana and inquire about her health.
Imran Haso mentioned that the viral infection had affected her entire body.
The actress had even been unable to speak for four or five days. However, she has now largely recovered and is expected to return home within this week.
