All-European badminton tournament held in Sweden

Bangla Press Desk: An All-European badminton tournament was held in Sweden, bringing together badminton players from different European countries.

Organised by the Arafat Rahman Koko Sports Council Europe, the tournament saw participation from players from Sweden, Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, England, Denmark and other European countries.The competition was held in different categories and levels, with players displaying strong competitiveness and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

Shahadat Hossain Kaizer served as the chief sponsor and organiser of the tournament and oversaw the overall arrangements.

Players from Finland won the championship in the highest-level A-Level category. Trophies, prizes and honours were presented to the winners at the end of the competition.

Representatives of various Bangladeshi community organisations, clubs and prominent members of the community in Sweden attended the prize-giving ceremony. As the Bangladesh ambassador to Sweden was unable to attend, a representative of the Bangladesh Embassy joined the ceremony and presented prizes to the winners.

According to the organisers, the tournament brought together Bangladeshi players from different European countries and helped strengthen communication, friendship and camaraderie among them.
