Charmonai Pir retained as Ameer of Islamic Movement of Bangladesh

Bangla Press Desk:  Islami Andolan Bangladesh has reconstituted its party's presidium members, advisory council and Majlis-e-Amela. Charmonai Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim will remain as the Amir.
The committee was reconstituted at the party's central Majlis-e-Shura meeting on Saturday (June 27) afternoon at a hotel in Purana Paltan in the capital.
Islami Andolan Amir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim announced the names of the members of the newly formed committee.
Gazi Ataur Rahman has become the secretary general of the new committee. He was previously the party's senior joint secretary general. Current secretary general Yunus Ahmad has been made a presidium member in the new committee.
In addition, 11 new presidium members of the Islami Andolan have been appointed. They are Syed Mosaddek Billah Al Madani, Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim, Abdul Awal, Abdul Haque Azad, Yunus Ahmad, Md. Ghiyasuddin Khan, Ashraf Ali Akon, Neamatullah Al Faridi, Mahbubur Rahman and Gazi Ataur Rahman. Source: jugantor
