EC validates 26 appeals, invalidates four

Bangla Press Desk: The Election Commission (EC) has disposed of the appeals filed by 36 candidates against the decisions of returning officers made during the scrutiny of nomination papers for the 13th National Parliamentary Election.

The appeals were heard and settled on Saturday at the Election Commission building in Agargaon from 10am to 1pm.

Of the 36 appeals disposed of by the EC, the nomination papers of 26 candidates have been declared valid, while the appeals of four candidates have been rejected.
