In response to this criticism, Vijay shared a post on social media stating that they are both very happy and that negative comments from others will not affect their relationship.
Vijay wrote, "My wife is my best friend. She is one of the most beautiful things that has ever happened to me. To those who are concerned about us, I want to say that we are both very happy. I am fortunate. Even if the entire world stands against us, we will remain together."
Previously, Rashmika also spoke out against online trolling, addressing the criticism in a post on her Instagram account.
Following this, both of them responded to the criticism. Emphasizing his support for his wife, Rashmika, Vijay made it clear that their relationship is far more important to him than any negative online commentary regarding their personal life.
