Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem hospitalized

  Minara Helen: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem was taken to a hospital on Tuesday after having an allergic reaction, according to the department. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement that Noem was “alert” and recovering from the incident. “Secretary Noem had an allergic reaction today. She was transported to the hospital out of an abundance of caution. She is alert and recovering,” McLaughlin said in a statement.
