Hridoy Ghobhire: A new love triangle on Capital Drama
Bangla Press Desk: Capital Drama has released a new fiction titled “Hridoy Ghobhire”, a story built around an emotional love triangle. Popular small-screen actors Farhan Ahmed Jovan and Tanjim Saiyara Totini play the lead roles, while Mariya Hossain Shanto appears in another central character.
The plot follows Raha, a student of Church College, and Rafin, who hails from a financially struggling family. Their close friendship gradually turns into love, and Raha tries her best to adjust to the pressures and complications of Rafin’s household. Meanwhile, as Rafin begins working at a showroom, he grows closer to Zerin, the daughter of a wealthy family, who also extends significant financial support to Rafin’s home.
As Rafin drifts away, tensions intensify. Matters escalate when Raha spots Rafin and Zerin together at a restaurant. Feeling hurt and confused, she confronts them, and the incident soon goes viral online. Caught between family pressure and emotional turmoil, Raha eventually decides to walk away from the relationship.
Written by Mezbah Uddin Sumon and directed by Rubel Hasan, the drama features Jovan as Rafin, Totini as Raha, and Mariya Shanto as Zerin.
“This is my second project with Capital Drama,” said director Rubel Hasan. “Earlier, I directed Onekdin Pore with Musfiq Farhan and Keya Payel, which garnered nearly 21 million views. Hridoy Ghobhire has a slightly different narrative style from traditional stories. We wrapped shooting last month, and the performances from Jovan, Totini, and Maria are truly commendable. I believe the audience will appreciate this work.”
The cast also includes Lutfor Rahman George, Masum Bashar, Mili Bashar, and others.
The drama features two songs-“Lukiye Toke Dekhi” and “Pure Jai Hridoy.” Both tracks are written by Faisal Rabbikin with music composed by Rezwan Sheikh. Rezwan Sheikh and Dilshad Nahar Kona lend their voices to “Lukiye Toke Dekhi,” while “Pure Jai Hridoy” is sung by Mahtim Shakib and Moutushi Khan.
Released on Thursday, “Hridoy Ghobhire” is now available on Capital Drama’s YouTube channel.
