Bangla Press Desk: The Indian High Commission in Dhaka has formally offered to arrange critical medical support in India for those injured in the plane crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka, following the Indian Prime Minister’s message of condolence and offer of assistance.
In an official communication sent on Tuesday, the High Commission expressed readiness to arrange medical support in India for those requiring advanced treatment following the incident that claimed at least 27 lives, most of them schoolchildren, and left dozens injured.
“The Indian High Commission has today formally written to the Government of Bangladesh asking for information on any critical medical support that may be needed to be arranged in India,” the mission said in a statement.
It added that the High Commission would extend all necessary facilitation to ensure prompt and smooth coordination in case any of the victims require cross-border medical care.
