Jamaat Ameer urges voters to cast 'Yes' vote in referendum

A ‘Yes’ vote means ensuring a safe and dignified Bangladesh for future generations. Let us all, regardless of party affiliation, cast a ‘Yes’ vote in the referendum for the greater interest of the country and the nation. Your single vote can be the main instrument for the victory of truth and justice.
He said these words in a Facebook post on Saturday. In the post, the Jamaat Ameer further said, “I firmly believe that a ‘Yes’ vote means taking a stand in favor of change. A ‘Yes’ vote means taking a stand in favor of the July Charter. A ‘Yes’ vote means moving forward on the path to building a justice-based state.
A ‘Yes’ vote means ensuring a safe and dignified Bangladesh for future generations. Let us all, regardless of party affiliation, cast a ‘Yes’ vote in the referendum for the greater interest of the country and the nation. Your single vote can be the main instrument for the victory of truth and justice.”
He added, “Today we stand at an important turning point in history. Through the referendum, we have gained the opportunity to establish justice, fairness, and the rights of the people against injustice, oppression, and autocracy.”
