Bangla Press Desk: BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia is being taken to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka after she suddenly felt unwell in the early hours of Thursday.
According to party sources, the BNP chief left her Gulshan residence, "Firoza," at 1:18am en route to the hospital. The decision came shortly after she reported feeling physically unwell.
Earlier in the night, her personal physician Professor Dr AZM Zahid Hossain had confirmed that the medical board overseeing her treatment had advised immediate hospitalisation for urgent medical tests.
