Maushi's urgent instructions for all schools and colleges in the country
Bangla Press Desk: The Department of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHHE) has directed all government and private secondary schools, colleges and schools and colleges in the country to create their own websites and update information regularly. At the same time, all field-level education offices have been asked to implement this instruction by June 4 and submit information in the prescribed Google form. This instruction was given in an office order signed by DSHHE Director General Professor Dr. Khan Moinuddin Al Mahmud Sohel on Thursday (May 21).
The DSHHE office order states that although the websites of regional offices, district and upazila education offices and government educational institutions under the National Information Portal are operational, the necessary information is not being updated regularly. On the other hand, the Ministry of Education has predetermined instructions regarding the creation of private educational institutions' own websites and their regular updates.
The directive further states that as per the decision of the Cabinet Division, it is mandatory to keep the necessary information including the names, titles, active mobile and telephone numbers and email addresses of the officials working on the websites of all government departments visible and updated on a regular basis. But many field-level offices and educational institutions are not following this directive properly, which is a very urgent and necessary matter.
In this situation, all regional, district and upazila education offices and government and private schools and colleges under the jurisdiction of Maushi in the country will have to ensure the creation or updating of their own websites by June 4. After completing this digital activity, the Maushi authorities have specifically requested to submit the necessary information on a specific Google Form link (https://forms.gle/RbTAqoNqi3FVdg5u7).
