Missile Launched Toward Madinah Destroyed, Saudi Arabia Claims

Bangla Press Desk:  A Saudi-led coalition in Yemen has claimed that it destroyed a missile fired toward Madinah, the second-holiest city in Islam. However, Yemen’s armed Houthi group has denied carrying out any attack on Saudi Arabia on Thursday (October 15).

Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi-backed coalition in Yemen, said its forces had destroyed a cruise missile in the Madinah area.

Shortly after the coalition announced that it had intercepted and destroyed a cruise missile heading toward Madinah, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree said the group had not launched any attack on Saudi Arabia that day.
