Bangla Press Desk: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) conducted a daylong joint operation in the remote hilly areas of Rajachhara under Cox’s Bazar’s Teknaf upazila on Sunday.
During the drive, law enforcers rescued more than 100 trafficking victims, detained three suspects, and seized several firearms.
Lt Col Kamrul Hasan, Commanding Officer of RAB-15, Cox’s Bazar, said the rescued victims had been gathered in the area for trafficking to Malaysia via waterways.
