Bangla Press Desk: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will arrive in Dhaka on a two-day official visit on Saturday (23 August).
He is scheduled to land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on a special flight at noon, where he will be received by Dr Md Nazrul Islam, secretary (West and East) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On the first day of his visit, the Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka will host a reception in his honour. During the event, Dar is expected to hold separate meetings with Bangladeshi academics, politicians, and members of civil society.
On Sunday (24 August), Bangladesh and Pakistan will hold a bilateral foreign minister-level meeting. Ishaq Dar will lead the Pakistani delegation, while Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain will represent Bangladesh.
