Bangla Press Desk: Acting on the instructions of Tarique Rahman, Dr. A.N.M. Monowarul Kadir Bitu—an assistant personal physician to Tarique Rahman—conducted an on-site review of the physical condition and medical progress of Khan Saiful, the former joint convener of the Khulna Metropolitan Chhatra Dal.
On Thursday (October 15), Dr. Bitu visited the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital in Agargaon, Dhaka, to inquire about the overall status of Saiful’s medical care.
During his visit, Dr. Bitu held detailed discussions with the specialist physicians overseeing Saiful’s treatment regarding his current physical condition, the ongoing medical interventions, and his progress. He also consulted with members of the medical board concerning future treatment plans and necessary subsequent steps.
Meanwhile, Khan Saiful expressed his profound gratitude for the sincere initiative and support provided by Tarique Rahman regarding his medical care. He also extended his thanks to the specialist physicians and all others involved in his treatment.
It is worth noting that news of Khan Saiful’s illness emerged on social media last week. Since learning of the situation, Dr. Monowarul Kadir Bitu has been regularly monitoring the progress of his treatment and overseeing his medical care.
Present during the visit were the Director of the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital, Professor Dr. Nuruzzaman; Associate Professor Dr. Masum Ali; Resident Physician (RP) Dr. Md. Mazharul Islam; as well as other members of the medical board, relevant specialist physicians, and hospital officials.
