Seven more children die of measles, symptoms in 24hrs

Bangla Press Desk: Seven more children died in the past 24 hours till Wednesday morning—five from measles-related symptoms and two from confirmed cases.
In addition, Bangladesh recorded 1,281 new suspected cases and 373 confirmed cases of measles in a 24-hour span, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) bulletin.The DGHS said that since 15 March, the total number of confirmed measles cases has stood at 6,099, while suspected cases have reached 44,260.
During the same period, 56 people have died from confirmed measles, while 268 deaths have been reported among suspected cases.
Besides, a total of 27,223 patients have recovered so far, the DGHS said.
