This means the rent will rise to approximately ₹2.62 lakh per month in the second year and about ₹2.75 lakh per month in the third year. A security deposit of ₹7.5 lakh has been collected for this agreement. The apartment is situated in the Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in Mahalaxmi East, Mumbai.
The flat comes fully furnished, featuring amenities such as a sofa, chairs, wardrobes, four air conditioners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a water purifier, a gas stove, a fireplace, and a dining table.
Reports indicate that actress Shraddha Kapoor and her father, Shakti Kapoor, purchased this new luxury apartment in South Mumbai's Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in January 2025 for ₹6.24 crore. Under the terms of the agreement, the property is to be used solely for residential purposes.
