Bangla Press Desk: Hundreds of students staged a protest rally in Dhaka on Tuesday, demanding the resignation of the vice-chancellor of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET).
Dhaka University (DU) students and alumni of the KUET staged the protest rally at Raju Sculpture around 4 pm in solidarity with the students who are on a mass hunger strike to meet their demand.
Earlier, the agitating students brought out a procession from in front of the Faculty of Fine Arts that marched through different streets in the area.
They also chanted various slogans demanding the immediate step down of the KUET VC, as he supported the attack on the students at the university campus.
