There will be an 8-hour power outage on Friday

Bangla Press Desk:  Power supply will be cut off for 8 hours in various areas of Tahirpur in Sunamganj from tomorrow morning (May 1). The Tahirpur Sub-Zonal Office of Palli Vidyut has informed this in an emergency notification on Thursday (April 30).

It said that power supply will be cut off in all areas under Tahirpur Upazila from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday for the work of laying new circuit wires on the river crossing line of Surma River in Sunamganj.

This temporary power outage will occur due to development work. The authorities have expressed their regret to the concerned locals for the temporary inconvenience and sought everyone's cooperation to make the rural electrification program a success. Source: daily Sun
