Three more measles-related deaths reported in 24hrs

Bangla Press Desk: Bangladesh recorded three more measles-related deaths – two among children with symptoms and one confirmed measles fatality – in the past 24 hours, the country's health authorities said on Wednesday.
During the same period, 996 suspected and 79 confirmed measles cases were reported across the country, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The DGHS said that since 15 March, the total number of confirmed cases has stood at 15,739, while suspected cases have reached 126,540.
Over the same period, 96 people have died from confirmed measles, while 735 deaths have been reported among suspected cases.
Besides, a total of 105,198 patients have recovered so far, the DGHS said.
