When will the notification for the 19th registration be released?

Bangla Press Desk: The Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) plans to issue a recruitment notification for entry-level teachers in private schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical educational institutions. According to the agency's plan, this notification could be published within the next two months.
An NTRCA source stated on Thursday (September 10) that the transfer process for MPO-listed teachers currently employed in private educational institutions is underway. Issuing a new recruitment notification at this stage could lead to complications; therefore, despite intentions to publish the notice quickly, it is not feasible right now.
The source further added that the NTRCA would publish the recruitment notification only after the transfer process for MPO-listed teachers is concluded.
Speaking to the media on condition of anonymity, an NTRCA official mentioned that the Ministry of Education has urged them to publish the notification by October. "We are working according to that directive. However, if the teacher transfer process is not completed by October, the notification might be published around November," the official said.
Noting that the publication of the notification for the 19th registration exam depends on the completion of the teacher transfer process, the official added, "We are prepared to publish the notification. The recruitment notice for entry-level teachers will be issued immediately after the transfer process concludes."
Meanwhile, Education Minister Dr. A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milan stated that there is a plan to publish the notification for the 19th Teacher Registration Examination—which also serves as the 9th NTRCA Teacher (Entry-Level) Recruitment Examination—by next October. The Education Minister provided this information on Tuesday in response to a question tabled in the National Parliament.
He further added that the NTRCA is preparing to conduct the 19th Teacher Registration Examination (and 9th NTRCA Teacher Recruitment Examination) to recruit entry-level teachers for the country's private educational institutions. Data regarding entry-level vacancies in these institutions has already been collected for this purpose.
