Bangladeshi killed by miscreants again in USA
Noman Sabit: A Bangladeshi youth shot dead by gunmen again in the United States. Bangladeshi youth Asif Imran (26) was killed in the early morning of last Saturday (December 24) in the driveway of his home in the 2100 block of Link Avenue in the city of Orange, Texas. Late on Monday (December 26), his uncle Ferdous Bari, a resident of Texas, confirmed the news of the deceased youth.
It is known that when Asif himself reached his home in Orange city at 3:33 pm on Saturday night, a group of miscreants targeted his car and opened fire. Asif Imran was shot and died inside the car. Earlier, from the same area at 2.40 am, local police officers rushed to the spot to respond to a welfare check order and witnessed the murder. It is still not clear why Asif was shot dead.
However, after the miscreants fled, the police recovered 18 bullet shells from inside and outside the car. Asif’s body has been sent for post-mortem. According to police sources, police investigation is necessary to arrest the accused. The Orange police have already announced a reward for the arrest of those involved in the murder.
Khalu Ferdous of Imran said that Asif is the son of Zakir Hossain Nayan of Naruli Agricultural Farm area of Bogra, Bangladesh.
Asif moved to the United States with his parents at the age of 11. After completing his studies there, he worked as a manager in a private company.
Ferdous also said, Asif Imran’s family was looking for a girl for marriage. Asif was shot and killed, nothing is known yet. Asif Imran’s body is in police custody there. Ferdous Bari said that if the body is handed over after the legal process, it will be buried there.
