1 One Foundation’ Makes Official Debut

Bangla Press Desk:   With a commitment to human welfare, social development and technology-based healthcare, the ‘1 One Foundation’ and ‘MedSys Soft Limited’ were officially inaugurated at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in the capital recently.

Former Water Resources and Religious Affairs Minister Nazim Uddin Al Azad attended the event as the chief guest.Among the special guests present at the programme were Agnibina Founder and Chairman HM Siraj; foundation adviser Md Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan; Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Tanzania Dr Engineer Rafiqul Islam; former Director of the Department of Health Dr Azizullah M. Nuruzzaman; researcher and writer Lt Col (Retd) Abu Yusuf Jobair Ullah; Moazzem Hossain Khan Majlis; and Publisher and Editor (Law and Justice) Advocate Md Shafiqur Rahman, among others.

The event implementation committee convener Jannathul Ferdouse delivered the welcome speech.

Foundation directors MA Sohel Ahmed, Dr Fahad Amin, Dr Nahid Afrin Nisa and adviser Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan also spoke at the event.

Foundation director Shake Tanvir Ahmed; former Senior Secretary and CEO and Country Director of Sonar Bangla Foundation Md Asadul Islam; and Guerrilla Commander Dr Shafiqul Islam Kanu attended the programme, which was chaired by 1 One Foundation President Md Ruhul Amin.

In his speech, the president sought overall cooperation and reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to humanitarian activities and technology-based development.

The event was moderated by Md Habibur Rahman, Executive Director of 1 One Foundation and Managing Director of MedSys Soft Limited.

The main activities of the foundation include raising awareness about rights, climate and the environment, women’s empowerment, health education and awareness, youth development, employment preparation, adult literacy and research.

MedSys Soft Limited is a technology company that provides medical services digitally and aims to make the healthcare sector easier, faster and more effective through modern software solutions.
