Bangla Press Desk: Former national skipper Akram Khan is unlikely to contest the upcoming Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) elections, scheduled for the first week of October.
Akram has represented Chattogram on the BCB board as a director since 2013 and was part of Nazmul Hasan Papon’s panel in the last three elections.
“I am not contesting the next BCB election for personal reasons, and I don’t want to elaborate further on this issue,” Akram Khan told Daily Sun on Thursday.
