Bangla Press Desk: Bangladesh under-23 national football team thrashed Singapore with a 4-1 scoreline in their third and final match of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday at the Viet Tri Stadium in Vietnam.
After losing the previous matches against Vietnam by 0-2 and Yemen by 0-1, it was the last chance for the red-and-green side to return home with some pride.
Although the first half ended with a 0-0 scoreline, the second half was full of dominance by the Bangladesh, where four goals were scored in the span of 12 minutes.
Fahamedul Islam opened the scoreline in the 70th minute, followed by Al-Amin in the 72nd.
