BCB extends deadline for councilor nominations
  Bangla Press Desk:  The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced on that the submission deadline for the 2025 BCB Councilor Nomination Form has been extended. Originally due on Wednesday, 17 September, nominees now have until Friday, 19 September 2025 to submit their forms, a BCB press release stated. According to the BCB, the extension aims to give all eligible participants adequate time to complete and submit their nomination paperwork. The board has urged all concerned parties to take note of the revised deadline and ensure timely submissions.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors election will be held on 4 October. The draft voter list will be published on 20 September, and candidates must submit nomination papers by 25 September.
