Flights on the Dhaka-Dammam route are being launched
BanglaPress Desk: Regular flights on the Dhaka–Dammam–Dhaka route are set to resume on November 7. However, flights on the Dhaka–Riyadh–Dhaka route will remain suspended until further notice.
This information was shared in a press release issued by Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Tuesday (November 3).
The release stated that, in light of passenger safety and the overall situation, necessary adjustments have been made to the flight schedules for various destinations in Saudi Arabia.
Regular flights to Dammam will commence on November 7. Given safety considerations, these flights will be operated exclusively during the daytime.
Furthermore, as a significant number of passengers traveling to Riyadh are currently opting for alternative routes to reach Saudi Arabia, there is insufficient passenger demand for this specific route. Consequently, it has been decided to temporarily suspend flights on the Dhaka–Riyadh–Dhaka route.
