How much is 22 carat gold worth on July 5?

Bangla Press Desk: After two consecutive declines, the Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has increased the price of gold in the domestic market for two consecutive times. The organization has increased the price of a 22-carat gold bhori by Tk 4,374 in the latest bhori to Tk 2,28,556 including VAT.
BAJUS announced this information in a notification on Friday (July 3) morning. The new price came into effect from 10 am that day.
The notification said that the price of pure gold in the local market has increased. As a result, considering the overall situation, the new price of gold including VAT has been fixed.
According to the new price, the price of 22-carat gold per bhori (11.664 grams) in the domestic market will be Tk 2,28,556 including VAT. In addition, the price of 21-carat bhori will be Tk 2,18,292, 18-carat bhori will be Tk 1,87,440 and the price of traditional gold per bhori will be Tk 1,53,148.
Earlier, on the morning of July 2, the Bangladesh Jewelers Association adjusted the price of gold. On that day, the price of a 22-carat gold bhori was increased by Tk 2,216 per bhori to Tk 2,24,182 including VAT.
In addition, the price of 21-carat gold was set at Tk 2,14,93 per bhori, 18-carat gold bhori at Tk 1,83,883 per bhori and traditional gold bhori at Tk 1,50,232 per bhori. Which came into effect from 10 am that day.
