Rain is possible in two divisions; daytime temperatures will rise.

BanglaPress Desk: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast rain and thundershowers in two divisions of the country. On Sunday, rain or thundershowers may occur in some areas of the Chattogram division and in one or two places within the Barishal division. In other parts of the country, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies.

The BMD forecast indicates that both night and day temperatures across the country may rise slightly during this period.

Regarding the synoptic weather situation, a seasonal low-pressure area is currently situated over the southern Bay of Bengal, with an extension reaching toward the northeastern Bay of Bengal.

Meanwhile, as of 6:00 PM yesterday, Saturday, the relative humidity in Dhaka was 54 percent. Winds were blowing from the north and northwest at a speed of 6 to 12 kilometers per hour.

Today, the sun will set in Dhaka at 5:14 PM, and tomorrow, Monday, the sun will rise at 6:09 AM.
