Rupayan Housing Estate, BDF Ink Deal Through MoU
Bangla Press Desk: Rupayan Housing Estate Limited and the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation (BDF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation between the two organisations.
The agreement was signed at a five-star hotel in Dhaka on Friday (14 August).Shabbir Hossain Khan, Chief Executive Officer of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited, and Dr Shahed Rafi Pavel, Chairman of the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Saif Ali Khan Atul, Vice Chairman of Rupayan Group; Prof Dr M Shamim Z Basunia, Structural Engineer and Adviser to Rupayan Group; Engr Md Saiful Islam, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited; and Shariful Islam Tareq, Head of Brand and Marketing, among others, attended the event.
Representing the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation were Prof Dr MA Baki, Chief Adviser; Dr Nirupam Das, Founder; Dr AM Parvez Rahim, Adviser; Dr Halida Hanum Akhter, Adviser; and other members of the foundation.
Speaking after the signing, Shabbir Hossain Khan said Rupayan Housing Estate had always been committed to building long-term relationships with its customers and partners based on trust, innovation and excellence.
“Today’s event marks the beginning of a meaningful new chapter in the relationship between the two organisations,” he said.
Saif Ali Khan Atul thanked the guests and participants at the event, saying the trust and support of investors and long-standing partnerships were among the core strengths of Rupayan Group.
“Today’s gathering is not merely an event; it is a celebration of mutual trust, achievements and future possibilities,” he said.
At the event, Rupayan Housing Estate Limited also soft-launched its upcoming premium condominium project, Rupayan Green Paradise, in Dhanmondi. A video showcasing the project site and development concept was screened for the guests.
The signing of the MoU is expected to strengthen cooperation between Rupayan Housing Estate Limited and the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation and pave the way for future investment partnerships, collaboration and mutual development.
