Bangla Press Desk: Another 52 senior police officers have been transferred and posted by the government to improve the law and order situation throughout the country.
The Ministry of Home Affairs’ Public Security Division issued three separate circulars in this regard on Monday.
According to the notifications, officers, including additional inspectors general (Addl IGs), deputy inspectors general (DIGs), additional DIGs, and superintendents of police (SPs), have been transferred.
Of them, 12 are Addl IGs. Nine of them have been confirmed in their present posts as they have been maintaining their current duties in the posts for a long time. The other three Addl IGs have been transferred to separate units.
