Bangla Press Desk: The Election Commission has transferred 71 of its officials in a major reshuffle ahead of the 13th Parliamentary Election.
The EC on Sunday issued a gazette notification signed by Assistant Secretary of Election Commission Secretariat Mohammad Shahidur Rahman.
According to the notification, the transferred officials of the EC secretariat will be released by 3 August; otherwise, they will be treated as released.
Apart from this, Assistant Director of Election Commission Training Institute Md Mosharraf Hossain was transferred to the EC Secretariat as assistant secretary.
