71 election officials transferred, reshuffle in EC
  Bangla Press Desk: The Election Commission has transferred 71 of its officials in a major reshuffle ahead of the 13th Parliamentary Election. The EC on Sunday issued a gazette notification signed by Assistant Secretary of Election Commission Secretariat Mohammad Shahidur Rahman. According to the notification, the transferred officials of the EC secretariat will be released by 3 August; otherwise, they will be treated as released. Apart from this, Assistant Director of Election Commission Training Institute Md Mosharraf Hossain was transferred to the EC Secretariat as assistant secretary.
Besides, Cumilla Adarsha Sadar upazila EC officer Syeda Sadika Sultana was transferred to the election commission training institute as assistant director, the notification said.  This article was originally published on Daily Sun.
