BNP launches seven new teams for coordinated media, communication initiative
Bangla Press Desk: The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has undertaken a new, comprehensive initiative to strengthen its communication with the mainstream media, social media platforms, and grassroots networks across the country.
The programme, aimed at enhancing the party’s visibility and message coordination, has already received formal approval from the BNP’s National Standing Committee, said a press release.
Under the initiative, seven specialised teams have been formed, each tasked with specific areas of communication and organisational outreach.
The teams and their respective heads are- Mahdi Amin (Spokesperson), Saleh Shibli (Press), Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel (TV and Radio), Ziauddin Haider (BNP Grassroots Network), AKM Wahiduzzaman (Online Activist Network), Saimum Parvez (Content Generation), and Rehan Asad (Research and Monitoring).
According to party sources, this structured communication approach is part of BNP’s broader strategy to ensure a stronger, more unified presence in both traditional and digital media.
It also aims to establish an efficient network that connects the party’s central leadership with grassroots activists and online supporters.
The initiative reflects BNP’s growing focus on modern political communication and digital engagement. Party leaders believe the coordinated effort will not only help counter misinformation but also amplify BNP’s political narrative at a national and international level.
