Dhaka condemns killing of three Bangladeshis in Tripura mob attack
Bangla Press Desk: Bangladesh government has strongly condemned the killing of three Bangladeshi nationals by a mob in India's Tripura state on October 15.
In a statement issued on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, "This heinous act is an unacceptable and grave violation of human rights and the rule of law."
Bangladesh expressed serious concern over the incident and called on the Indian government to launch an immediate, impartial, and transparent investigation. The foreign ministry stressed that the perpetrators must be identified and brought to justice without delay.
The statement further said that all individuals, regardless of nationality, are entitled to full protection of their human rights, even if they inadvertently cross borders.
