Dismembered body found inside drum near HC

A dismembered body was found inside a blue drum on a footpath near the National Eidgah in the capital on Thursday evening.
Shahbagh Police Station Officer-in-Charged Khalid Mansur said the corpse, cut into multiple pieces, was recovered around 6:30pm.
Another drum, containing rice, was found next to it, he said.
Police are reviewing the area’s CCTV footage to learn more about the corpse, said Ramna Division’s Police Deputy Commissioner Md Masud Alam.
