Bangla Press Desk: The government has suspended former Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Kazi Moniruzzaman over allegations of misconduct and unauthorized absence from duty.
Home Ministry sources confirmed on Sunday that the suspension order will be implemented soon.
Kazi Moniruzzaman is currently posted at the office of the Rangpur Range Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
However, he has been absent without official permission since November 25 of last year.
