Fire at Gazipur cotton warehouse under control

Bangla Press Desk: A fire broke that brought out at a cotton warehouse of a factory in Tongi Milgate area in Gazipur has been brought under control.

The fire broke out at the cotton warehouse around 11:45am and seven firefighting units brought it under control around 1:30pm, said Shahin Alam, Senior Station Officer of Tongi Fire Service and Civil Defence.

The extent of the damage caused by the fire could be known after investigation, said Station officer Shahin.
