Bangla Press Desk: Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus ordered a high-level committee to ensure fair prices for sacrificial animal skins during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha and prevent syndicate control.
The chief adviser issued the directive during a meeting held at the State Guest House Jamuna on Sunday.
Prof Yunus said, "For years, we have seen people deprived of fair prices for sacrificial animal skins, with the poorest in society suffering the most as a result.
"We will do our utmost to ensure that people are not deprived of fair prices for sacrificial animal skins due to any syndicate," he said.
