HC orders Tk5cr for each deceased, Tk 1cr for injured in Uttara plane crash

  Bangla Press Desk:   The High Court (HC) has issued a rule asking the government to explain why the directives should not be given to provide Tk 5 crore as compensation to the family members of each deceased and Tk 1 crore to the family members of the injured survivors of the Uttara plane crash. The HC bench of Justice Fahmida Quader and Justice Sayed Jahed Mansur passed the order after hearing a writ petition filed over the tragic plane crash incident at Milestone School and College on Monday.
