Bangla Press Desk: Palestinians have held funerals for the five Al Jazeera journalists killed by Israel in Gaza, as protesters rallied around the world, including London, Berlin, Tunis and Ramallah, to denounce the targeted attack.
The European Union, China and Israel’s close ally, Germany, have condemned the killings, while the United Nations has described the attack as a “grave breach of international humanitarian law”.
Israel continues to pound Gaza, killing 10 Palestinians in predawn attacks, as another Palestinian child, Mohammed Zakaria Khader, dies of malnutrition. The latest toll from starvation stands at 222, including 101 children.
