Khaleda to contest three seats, Tarique Bogura-6

Bangla Press Desk: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will vie for the Dinajpur-3, Bogura-7, and Feni-1 constituencies, while his son and the party’s acting chairman, Tarique Rahman, will run for the Bogura-6 seat in the upcoming 13th Parliamentary Election. 

The BNP has announced a preliminary list of candidates for 235 constituencies ahead of the national election.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir declared the names of the party’s candidates at a press conference held at the BNP chairperson’s Gulshan office in Dhaka on Monday.

According to the announcement, Fakhrul will contest the Thakurgaon-1, while BNP Standing Committee members Salahuddin Ahmed will vie for Cox’s Bazar-1 and Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury Chattogram-10.
